Community Support Worker needed part time to support our male client with ABI in his home and throughout the Oshawa community. It would be helpful if you speak Italian, but not necessary. No personal care is required.

This role would be best for someone who is friendly, reliable, patient, with a good sense of humour. Time spent with our client will include chats, playing card games, neighbourhood walks, visiting local shops and restaurants, community events, structured activities within the community, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid full G Driver’s License with reliable vehicle to travel throughout the community.
- Must be comfortable supporting client in men's change room/washroom.
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID -19.
- Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Be flexible, have strong communication skills, and possess a willingness to learn - ongoing training provided.

**Hours**:

- This role is 6-9 hours per week, plus travel time to/from client’s home, and mileage will be paid when driving client around town.
