Performance Measurement Specialist

**Position Description**:
The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is recruiting a Performance Measurement Specialist to join our analytics team and help us pursue a vision of a learning hospital through data driven insights. Your primary responsibility will be to support the organization in providing vision, direction, and leadership towards the development and implementation of CAMH’s internal reporting and capacity planning frameworks as well as performance measurement strategy. The Performance Measurement Specialist will work closely with the clinical programs to develop indicators, operational reports and other data products such as simulations and ML models for the management team. You will remain current with the evolving indicator requirements and benchmarks in mental health and addictions hospitals, as well as those for applicable indicators in general hospitals and the LHIN, and ensure that CAMH is aligned with those directions. With your extensive knowledge regarding performance indicators within a health care environment, outcome measures, external benchmarks, measurement and evaluation, and reporting tools you will act as an internal consultant to CAMH programs regarding the development of performance measures and portfolio scorecards. You will support a workplace that embraces diversity, encourages teamwork and complies with all applicable and regulatory requirements. This position is located at 1001 Queen Street West.
