Server/bartender

**Job Summary**:
We’re on the lookout for a versatile and outgoing server/bartender to join the team at our casual, high-energy pub-style restaurant known for great food, cold drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere. In this hybrid role, you'll roll could rotate between serving tables and working behind the bar—providing top-notch service, pouring great drinks, and making sure every guest has a memorable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**As a Server**:

- Greet guests promptly and warmly.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make food and drink recommendations.
- Take and enter orders accurately into the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues promptly.
- Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas.

**As a Bartender**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the bar and for table service.
- Engage with guests at the bar in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain stock levels and keep the bar area clean and organized.
- Handle payment transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Verify guest age and serve alcohol responsibly according to local regulations.

**General Duties**:

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support team members and assist in other areas as needed.
- Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in both serving and bartending preferred.
- Solid knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
- Outgoing, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service and possess a valid Smart Serve
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Able to stand and walk for long periods.
- Able to lift up to 25-40 lbs and perform tasks that involve bending, reaching, and repetitive motion.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
