Overview:
**Fountain Tire Delta (Truck Center), **an established automotive repair shop, is looking for responsible, safe and dedicated associates to join our team as
**Automotive Service Technician**.

**Pay: $40+/hour**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose, repair and complete service on customer vehicles as directed by work orders, IE;
- Brakes
- Suspension Work & alignments up to F550's and E450 Motorhomes
- Tune ups
- Engine and Driveability diagnostics
- Internal Engine repairs
- Minor Transmission repairs & service, Re & I and Clutches
- Electrical diagnostics
- Annual inspections
- Complete and maintain a variety of safety courses including Whimis, TIA, Rim Safety course, and Customer Experience Standards
- Advise customers and customer-facing Associates on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirements
- Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups.
- The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe
- Operate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
- Maintain mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
- Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
- Pride in the work you've done keeping your customers safe and on the road, site or field

**Working conditions**:

- A team environment where hard work, concise communication and clear heads are rewarded
- Consistent lifting of weights of approximately 25KG is required
- This role requires nearly constant standing, crouching or kneeling

**Qualifications**:

- Red Seal Automotive Service Technician
- A valid driver's license is a must. We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver's abstract
- Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
- A team player who takes pride in their work
