First District, located in Port Coquitlam, BC, provides technical expertise, preventative maintenance, service, and installation of all building HVAC, Hydronics and Plumbing equipment. With a strong commitment to service excellence, customer experience and communication, we are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth within the strata market throughout the Lower Mainland.

**Role Description**

As a Business Development Manager specializing in HVAC, Hydronics and Plumbing maintenance contracts, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential customers, and securing long-term maintenance contracts. You will collaborate closely with the operations team to provide tailored solutions to customers while consistently exceeding sales targets.

**Qualifications**
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for customer service and relationship management
- An ability to understand and interpret technical information
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRMs
- Experience in the HVAC, Hydronics and Plumbing industry is a plus but not required
- Experience in the strata market is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

- Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 base per year plus uncapped commission
