**What you will do**:

- Act as a Captain on the Bombardier Challenger 605 aircraft based in Toronto
- Ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner.
- Support daily operation activities on available reserve days.
- Liaise with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered.
- Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage an atmosphere where co-workers can share ideas, improvements and solutions.
- Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional client experience.. Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required.

**What you bring**:

- Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
- Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR
- Valid Transport Canada Medical
- Canadian Radio Telephone License
- Minimum of 3000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 500 hours PIC in a multi-engine aircraft (turbine time preferred).
- A University degree or College diploma, preferably in Aviation.
- Ability to lift up to 60 Ibs.
- Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.
- Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance.
- Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices.
- A positive mindset with the strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively build relationships across the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional client service, organization and prioritization skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule to support clients’ needs.
