Summary
The Field Service Representative (Detailer) provides hands-on service to Big Box Retail stores, setting up company displays, ensuring adequate inventory levels and resolving day-to-day customer and store issues. Steel-toe shoes are required for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit designated stores weekly, merchandising inventory, sorting bins and attending to general housekeeping duties. Stores may change based on business demands.
- Prepare and process new orders using company-issued equipment.
- Ensures proper product inventory levels.
- Bring issues and discrepancies to the attention of the designated store manager and Detailer Supervisor.
- Work as a liaison between big box stores and the corporate headquarters.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Follow the store safety rules, and work in a safe and healthy manner.
- other duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years in a retail vendor of big box environment or related experience.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office), specifically, MS Excel and Outlook.
- Strategic thinker, good communicator, and exceptional problem solver.
- Performs function with a sense of purpose and a degree of urgency.
- Creates a positive work environment by demonstrating and sharing functional/technical

knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills (oral & written).
- Should be comfortable using ladders up to 6ft.
- Be able to lift up to 30lbs.
