System Equine has continued to grow over the past 37 years as a diverse family company, continuing to pave the way in the horse industry with our industry leading stalls, fencing, and equipment. We are looking to grow further with an exciting new employment opportunity. System Equine is looking for a **Manager of Sales** to join and lead our current Sales team.

At System Equine we sell dreams Clients come to us to make sure they get quality products with amazing service, and we are looking at hiring the best to service them.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager of Sales to join and lead our dynamic team at System Equine. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Sales Account Managers to drive revenue growth, enhance customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:

- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of Sales Account Managers.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging continuous improvement and professional development.

**Sales Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Drive the achievement of sales targets through team collaboration and individual performance coaching.
- Drive sales into new markets

**Performance Management**:

- Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support team members in achieving their targets.

**Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs within the team and coordinate relevant training programs.
- Keep the team updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Work closely with the Sales Account Managers to build and strengthen customer relationships.
- Provide support in managing key client accounts and resolving escalated customer issues.

**Sales Reporting**:

- Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports on team performance, highlighting areas for improvement and success stories.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement action plans based on performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of equestrian products and the horse industry
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the equestrian, dairy, construction, or related industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in an inside sales or account management position
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience with proven results leading and growing a sales team
