Operations Manager

**Job Overview**:
Operations Manager’s main responsibility is creating alternative revenue sources for Prime Capitol. This is his utmost priority. Critical thinking skills to introduce new innovative ways of making money, whether it’s renting out assets, working with companies, forming partnerships, negotiating deals, and steering us in the right direction long term.

Another objective of Operations is to optimize profitability by capitalizing on all potential revenue streams, encompassing avenues such as brand deals, product development and other paid services.

Operations is dedicated to maximizing every opportunity, ensuring the comprehensive utilization of resources. For instance, when planning a video in Colorado, Operations strives to identify additional opportunities in the region, aiming to achieve dual objectives with a single endeavor. (Example: Is there another influencer based there for collaborations? Podcast opportunities? Companies willing to work with us? Trending locations or hotspots? etc.)

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Oversee budgets, profit and expenses and makes sure everything is maximum efficiency
- Communicates with news/networks to get us major press (PR)
- Helps Producer to source crew, actors, talent, skilled workers for whatever we need
- Acts as “HR” ensuring respect and fair treatment in the workplace
- Makes executive decisions on spending
- Handles random things that are needed such as “Prime Capitol needs a Production Warehouse built on the backlot”
- Follows up with all team members weekly to ensure they are performing and meeting expectations,
- Hosts team events and meetings, organizes Prime Capitol Events such as Decorating the back lot for a Halloween walk-through
- Handles all questions outside of individual videos
- Ensures sets are run efficiently
- Communicate with people on the difficult situations such as being let go from Prime Capitol
- For Feature Films they will oversee the entire operation
- Should be a Team Leader, a problem solver and a great representation of all of us and our values
- Whereas the role as producer, is to oversee and execute each individual video, Operations role is to oversee the entire company as a whole, everything that builds us outside of the set

**Examples of Additional Revenue Streams**:

- Renting our assets, renting certain parts of land we own if it’s not being used
- Hosting events where people buy tickets
- Partnerships
- Collaborations with other influencers / companies
- Sponsorships
- Merchandise
- Subscription service
- Livesteams
- Interviews
- Guest appearances on shows (such as MrBeast)
- Podcasts
- Paid appearances for the team
- World Tours (Meet and Greets)
- Loans
- Investments for Prime Capitol in the entertainment space
- Doing Research on how to get more views / capitalize the YouTube videos
- Paid gigs

**Salary and Benefits**:

- $5000 for the month of September as a contractor to have you perform operation duties and see how it goes. If you perform well, then we start you on a full time position in October
- If taken on full time, you will be paid $5kCAD at the end of each month with a yearly salary of $60k to start with
- There is a lot opportunity for growth with your salary overtime
- You will be covered with company benefits at no additional cost
- You will be provided a US work visa at no additional cost
- You would earn commission of the external revenue streams you bring in fro Prime Capitol
- 20% on one time deals
- 10% on long term deals

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
