Role Overview: As a Customer-Facing Lead Generation and Relationship Building Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by generating high-quality leads and building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. This position requires a proactive and customer-focused approach, as you will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, engaging with customers face-to-face in the field, and establishing long-term relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for the brightest and best solar sales representatives to take advantage of our platform and grow with us. We support all of our Solar Sales Consultants with:
High-quality solar & battery products at amazing pricing to beat the competition and deliver value to customers

Customized online sales software to maximize efficiency and performance

Full calendar of pre-qualified online consultations with interested solar customers

Real-time training, support and collaboration

The best and most transparent compensation structure in the industry

**Salary**: $42,500.00-$62,000.00 per year
