**Role Summary**

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will be integral part of a team that is taking advisors digital presence to the next level. You will play a key role on the team by supporting various projects and pilots related to operational effectiveness and adoption of assets by advisors to support their digital presence.

You have superior interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, are detailed oriented, analytical and have an ownership mindset. You are effective building, improving and documenting a wide range processes and best practices that support business activities and objectives. You have experience in digital marketing and strong communication skills and are able to build or present material about a program to a diverse audience.

**What will you do?**
- Participate in projects to pilot and operationalize new functionality and improve the effectiveness of assets related to advisors digital presence including advisor website and social media profiles.
- Develop, implement and document new processes or changes to existing processes and practices.
- Maintain and update relevant materials to include new capabilities, processes, or best practices.
- Build and provide training and ongoing support for advisors and other business partners.
- Engage advisors and internal stakeholders about the program to increase adoption.
- Support advisor enquires related to program, content or best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of program and pilots. Develop solutions to improve performance or processes.
- Report on metrics and analyze data for program and pilots. Synthesize data so that it is easy digestible and key insights are easy to identify.
- Support the program’s adoption, change management and communications initiatives. Interact directly with advisors and financial centres across Canada to understand challenges and test approaches.
- Triage issues related to systems and technology. Provide testing support for new or improved functionality.
- Identify and actively participate in initiatives related to opportunities for program improvements.
- Support advisor onboarding, initial set up and maintenance of their website, social media profiles and other digital assets.
- Contribute to program strategy, value proposition and roadmap.
- Perform other tasks as required to achieve business objectives

**What do you need to succeed?**
- University graduate or equivalent post-secondary education or certification
- Innovative with a curious spirit
- Be a leader and self-starter with a get it done attitude.
- Proven execution and implementation skills.
- Experience in social media and website marketing
- Experienced working with digital marketing technology
- Excellent interpersonal skills: must be able to consult, influence and negotiate with people from diverse backgrounds and levels throughout the organization
- Strong MS Excel, able to analyze and synthesise large amounts of data
- Strong PowerPoint skills, and ability to present information to small and large groups
- Effective at working with business partners to build and improve end to end processes
- Demonstrated project management expertise, with a commitment to quality and deadlines
- Ability to identify root causes and solve problems related to client, advisor and operational impact
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
- Ability to identify opportunities to link projects, initiatives or promotions together
- Ability to embrace change and adapt to constantly evolving business priorities

**Assets**:

- Bilingualism (French, English) required
- interactions with English-speaking customers or partners
- Past experience in the financial services industry, specifically within Group Retirement Services, Group Benefits and/or Individual insurance
- Past experience and in depth knowledge of the role of a financial advisor
- Past experience in sale or customer service
- Experience with Adobe analytics and google analytics
