**Requirements**:
What you'll be doing daily:

- Working as an engaged team player within a highly collaborative Platform Engineering team
- Working with the QA Scrum Master and product owner to understand the tasks assigned
- Working with gameplan-appropriate QA testing, both manual and automated to ensure quality
- Designing quantitative measures (KPI's) to reflect quality
- Executive test cases to ensure no regressions are present from one build to another
- Document testing results and filing bugs as necessary when actual does not equal expected results

The Essentials:

- Works with others to deliver results, meaningfully contributing to the team and prioritizing group needs over individual needs
- Effectively copes with change, finding ways to advance work and projects
- Uses an organized and logical approach to finding solutions to complex problems, looking beyond the obvious to understand the root cause of the problem, and proposes several possible solutions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, proven ability and experience in communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Passionate about testing and the quality of test case execution to ensure all possible use cases are covered
- Passion for not only execution but identifying gaps in the test cases and proposing gap-based solutions and driving those proposals to tactical execution for gap-based migrations

Nice to Have:
Experience in executing manual test cases

Experience following established test case MOPs (Method of Procedures)

Experience with the Atlassian suite of products (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

Overall QA experience in a software development shop

Familiarity with OTT and video-based solutions

Experience with architecting, designing, documenting and developing automated test cases using Python
