**Job Description**:

Flint Corp is seeking an Intermediate Environmental Professional to handle upstream and mid-stream oil and gas facility projects. Reporting to the Regional District Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and reporting on environmental services while fostering exceptional client relationships.

**What would you be doing?**
- Manage client interactions and oversee environmental services for oil and gas facilities, aligning with regulatory requirements.
- Cultivate and sustain positive client relationships, delivering top-tier service across diverse environmental programs.
- Lead field programs within remediation practice areas, offering mentorship and support to junior professionals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, regulators, and landowners to foster strong relationships.
- Provide detailed project management and reporting support, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

**Does this sound like you?**
- Over 5 years of relevant environmental science/engineering experience in the Oil and Gas sector.
- Technical Diploma or University Degree in environmental science/engineering or related discipline.
- Eligibility for or current professional designation (Agrologist, Biologist, or Engineering/Geoscience).
- Proficiency in provincial environmental regulations, policies, guidelines, and technical documents.
- Experience in leading and overseeing environmental assessment and remediation projects.
- Proficient in light-duty truck operation with a valid class 5 driver’s license.
- Strong vegetation identification and soil characterization skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Effective prioritization and multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proactive problem-solving and initiative-taking mindset.
- Strong commitment to health and safety.
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
