We have been serving the oil industry since 1996; we lead the way in service, with a focus on safety and environmental responsibility. We have offices located in Nisku and Mannville, operating a fleet of Vac & Water trucks, Rental equipment, Heavy equipment, Screen Manufacturing, Centrifuge and Pump repair divisions.
We are currently seeking a part-time **Operations Administrator** (approx. 12 - 15 flexible hours per week to suit your schedule) to support our Operations Team in our Heavy Equipment & Rentals division in Nisku, AB. This is an on-site position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Data entry for job & equipment tracking & invoicing
- Collect and communicate new & closed job information to Accounts Receivable
- Work with Safety department to ensure necessary paperwork is complete for new and ongoing jobs
- Ensure the department stays organized with regards to paper and electronic files
**Qualifications**:
- 2-3 years’ experience in an Operations and/or Administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external resources
- Versatile, flexible and willing to adjust to frequently changing priorities
- Excellent computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office (O365)
- Experience working with Sage100 would be considered an asset
