Maintenance Shop Foreman/woman

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and oversee maintenance of on and off road equipment
- Lead the shop technicians
- Provide mentoring and guidance to crew members
- Maintain a clean shop
- Complete daily reports and maintenance paperwork to improve productivity and quality
- Promote and manage a safety culture, and ensure compliance to safety standards and safe work practice for all staff
- Maintain positive client and consultant relationships
- Position requires approximately 50-60 hrs a week

**Qualifications**:

- Reliable, team oriented individual that is able to perform independently without supervision
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Detail oriented
- The ability to lead and direct a team of 3-5 people; ability to provide mentoring and guidance to crew members is required
- Aptitude for physically demanding work
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a dynamic environment
- Ability to maintain high standard of operational excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating diplomacy
- Open to continuous learning
- Applicants are required to hold a valid ‘Class 5’ license and must have access to a reliable vehicle.

**Rate of Pay**:Dependent on experience

Benefits offered after 3 months of employment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
