**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including loading and unloading of goods.
- Ensure accurate packaging and labeling of products for shipment.
- Oversee the operation of heavy equipment such as forklifts and cranes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices for efficiency and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper mechanical functioning.
- Implement strategies to improve warehouse operations, including optimizing layout and workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Experience operating heavy equipment, including forklifts and cranes.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and inventory management systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of warehouse operations.

Pay: $23.00-$26.57 per hour
