Contracts are an integral part of our Commercial Team operations, and we are looking for a Contract Administrator Champion to help us work towards our goal of global domination. By ensuring MAKR is properly protected within all contractual agreements as well as ensuring that agreement expectations and terms are accurate and clear for the customers, the Contract Administrator will provide a degree of customer service that will further emphasize the focused but fun business approach promoted within MAKR.

The Contract Administrator will use their previous experience (5-7 years) and their next level attention to detail for the thorough review of all contractual commitments being considered by the MAKR Group. Of particular focus are construction contracts for projects where MAKR is engaged in the installation services. Review of various other contracts such as vendor supply and service agreements, purchasing agreements, and warranty documentation will also be required.

Although no two days are the same, here are the activities you’ll focus on:

- In depth review and preparation of contractual agreements including, but not necessarily limited to:

- Construction/Project Management Contracts
- Purchase Orders received from customers
- Statutory Declarations
- Vendor Partnership and Supply Agreements
- Cooperative Purchasing Agreements
- Negotiation of terms contained in proposed agreements
- Review of public RFP (Request For Proposal) documents
- Gather required documents for execution of sales contracts
- Provide recommendations and proposals to company management regarding contractual agreement requirements and terms contained within
- Provide training to internal stakeholders on agreements and contracts
- Provide support regarding external enforcement of agreements and contracts
- Collaborate with various departments within the MAKR group
