We are currently seeking a
**full-time Customer Service Associate reporting to the Head of Sales/Business Development. **Our organization is a growing and dynamic business and operates in our two facilities just off Hwy. 36 in Lindsay, Ontario.
The Customer Service and Sales Support representative is the main point of contact for Mariposa Dairy customers. They are the conduit between the plant, sales, and the customer to ensure that orders are received, processed, and shipped promptly and efficiently. The Customer Service Associate should demonstrate leadership, organizational skills, computer competencies, accuracy, communication skills, and ability to provide a customer-centric experience.

**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel at Mariposa Dairy Partners and Key Customers
- Enter customer purchase orders weekly and contact any customers who have not submitted orders by given deadline.
- Ensure that orders meet lead time, minimums, and delivery dates in compliance with MDL guidelines. Work with customer if these are not met.
- Send order confirmations.
- Work with customers on order changes, overages, and shortages.
- Ensure open orders are updated regularly and solve any foreseeable issues.
- Attend R&D Meetings and bring appropriate new PO’s and assist with seamless transition between SKUs.
- Create presentations, New Item Introductions, and Marketing materials as needed.
- Provide clear and factual communication between all companies with ongoing projects.
- Manage and complete contract requests such as key information for awarded business, new bids, and brand transitions.
- Maintain master price lists for customers, be point of contact for pricing questions and implementation.
- Update sales forecast and track orders placed by customers, communicate to Supply Chain department so proper inventories can be maintained.
- Send out weekly sales dashboard report with key metrics to key stakeholders at Mariposa Dairy.
- Review, investigate and respond to late fees and product quality complaints from customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Strong computer skills, including effective working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customers receive an awesome experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal.
- Able to work effectively with a team.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving ability to be able to provide solutions to challenging situations.
- Knowledge of basic financial principles.
