Office Administrator

E**verfoam Molded**, is looking for an Office Administrator on contract to be a key organizer and support the smooth running of the office and create a positive, welcoming environment.
**Dayshift**: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
**Location**: North York
**Contract Term**: 3-6 months
**No. of Position(s)**: 01
**Responsibilities**:
- Effectively handle customer service issues and purchase orders
- Process and follow up of internal purchase orders
- Handle various administrative tasks including courier pickups and deliveries
- Coordinating invoices from suppliers and send them out effectively and efficiently
- Handle all kinds of **receivables** and **payables **including payments from CODs on PSI and have strong follow-ups
- Work closely with other departments for payment purposes
**Requirements**:
- Completed post-secondary education
- Strong technical skills in MS Office (Word, **Excel,** Outlook etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; enthusiastic, positive, outgoing personality - customer centric is important
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- handling Accounts Receivables/ Payables: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
