**_Logistics Manager_**
Inno Foods Group is a Global Food Production Facility in the high-end luxury snack industry. We seek a full-time Logistics Manager to lead the Logistics Team. The position needs good decision-making skills to be able to consider the relative cost and benefits of potential actions to decide on the best one and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
**_Duties & Responsibilities: _**
− Fulfillment across multiple sales channels, inventory accuracy, receiving efficiency, returns management.
− Analyze logistics data to increase productivity and aid in loss prevention.
− Supervise and train logistics staff members to ensure
effective and safe operations by implementing procedures and policies.
− Tracking the status of goods in real-time to ensure customer orders are being fulfilled.
− Delivering solutions to any logistics problems while maintaining a high-quality of relationship with transportation team and vendors.
− Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost.
− Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met.
− Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements.
− Create and manage budgets.
− FTA documents review for an international order.
− All other tasks assigned by President or CTO.
**_Skills: _**
− Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager.
− Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
− The ability to work well in a team, as well as to manage and motivate others.
− The ability to plan ahead and deal with unexpected changes.
− The ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
− Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
− Proficient in planning and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
