**Job Title**:Front Desk Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers, visitors and employees
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage incoming mail, packages and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors
- Provide product knowledge to customers over the phone and in person
- Demonstrate product offering and provide pricing information to inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a front desk coordinator or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Inside sales experience an asset
- Knowledge of lowermainland geography and traffic patterns

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burnaby, BC V5A 1G7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
