Position Title: Manager - Settlement Services

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Settlement Services to lead our settlement programs and services. This full-time position reports to the Executive Director and plays a crucial role in overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality settlement services for newcomers

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

- Plan, develop, and supervise all aspects of settlement programs
- Manage day-to-day program operations, including staff supervision and leadership
- Develop and maintain partnerships with community service providers
- Ensure program delivery meets outcomes and contractual agreements
- Write proposals and funding submissions for program development and growth
- Monitor program budgets and prepare financial reports
- Implement outreach strategies to engage newcomers and community partners
- Oversee data collection, reporting, and quality assurance processes
- Represent the organization at community meetings, networks, and conferences
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director to support the goals and objectives of the organization.
- Assist with special initiatives and events as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, Human Services, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in program/project management preferably in the settlement sector
- Strong understanding of immigration systems, settlement issues, and newcomer needs
- Experience in proposal writing, program development, and evaluation
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in financial management and decision-making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Fluent in English is a must. Additional fluency in other languages will be an asset
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as a capacity to self-motivate and work independently
- Mobility to move between different office locations as required
- Ability to attend outside of work hours events when necessary
- Ability to work with tight deadlines under pressure
