**Job Summary**:
We are seeking motivated and reliable Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to join our team. You will play an essential role in executing landscaping projects, maintaining properties, and contributing to our mission of transforming outdoor spaces into works of art.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of landscaping tasks, including operating landscape maintenance equipment, driving with a trailer, trimming and raking leaves.
- Driving truck and trailer to and from the job sites.
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials from vehicles.
- Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract and ability to drive with a trailer
- 3 years driving experience and no at fault accidents in the last 5 years
- Experience operating ride on lawn mowers will be an asset though we are willing to train you.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
