Representative of Business Dev. and Partner

We are looking for a Business Development and Partner Networks Representative for the Toronto region.
**Job description**
Ideally, with a good network in the following areas: (Pumping system - Plumber - HVAC - Mechanical engineering, Contractors), or other industrial product and equipment or related service sectors.
With commision plan, you can have the possibility to do over 250K per year.
**The main roles and challenges**
- Contribute to developing and coordinating marketing and business development strategies and actions for all of FloFab.
- Expand this network to new regions and/or new market segments, by mobilizing the best possible partners and referrers.
- Mobilize and skillfully lead the various stakeholders within these networks into action, in order to help achieve Flo Fab's sales objectives with their help, in particular through meetings, events, marketing visibility activities, etc.
**Experience**
- Have solid experience in various representation, marketing, sales and partner network positions.
- Capacities for market analysis and aptitude for developing winning marketing strategies and tactics allowing a firm like FloFab to always better position itself.
- Recognized skills in business development and the sale of products and services related to
building mechanics.
- Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with partners; ability to motivate and ''Lead'' key stakeholders within these partners.
- Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
**Requirements and skills**
- Be sales and results oriented, for yourself and via the partners you mobilize
- Demonstrate leadership and entrepreneurial abilities.
- Be disciplined and reliable about the actions to be taken, the deadlines to be met and the activity reports to be produced. Knowing how to motivate yourself and find direction for yourself.
- Be willing to travel regularly (approx. 60-80 percent of the time).
- Have relevant training or solid experience
- Excellent English, written and spoken.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
