Kiyo Salon & Day Spa Nanaimo has an opportunity to join our team We are looking for a _part-time Concierge _to join our growing company.

Our Concierge team is the epicentre of our business - energetic and personable, they continually support guests and service providers, ensure accuracy and efficiency of bookings/check-ins/checkout, recommend appropriate hair and skincare routines to guests, and ultimately leave a memorable and positive experience with each visit.

To be successful in this role, you must be highly organized, a strong multitasker and able to manage guests with grace, even during peak demand.

Our first preference will be given to applicants with salon/spa & or extensive sales and guest service experience; however, we are happy to coach these skills for the right applicant.

This position begins with set shifts Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 8:30am-2:30pm, with the possibility of an additional Monday shift beginning in November.
