**Cultivar Foods is a fast-growing food distribution company that has been supplying Organic & Natural Food products to health food stores, grocery chains, food service accounts, and wholesalers for over 15 years. We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Warehouse Clerk/Supervisor.**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping tasks.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Ensure and verify order's accuracy
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (unload, pick, label, store)
- Carefully load trucks and van with customer orders
- Orders receiving, safekeeping, distribution and shipping to, from, and within, the warehouses.
- Maintains inventory controls and cleanliness of warehouse
- Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklift and pallet jack
- Affix and identify labels and/or shipping information
- Warehouse Equipment Maintenance
- Work in a safe manner and adhere to Health & Safety guidelines

**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of Warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a Supervisory capacity
- 2 year forklift operator experience is required
- Forklift license (considered an asset)
- Must have strong leadership skills and be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail
- Must work safely and ensure that all Health & Safety policies are observed at all times
- English verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to take verbal instructions and work with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Excellent problem solver with the ability to identify alternative and practical solutions
- Strong team player, self-motivated, proactive thinker, flexible and adaptable
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
