**Foodtastic has an exciting position for a Receptionist to join our growing team located in Montreal, Ville Saint-Laurent.**

**Schedule: 8:30 am -5:00pm**

**Responsibilities**

In this role, you will have office duties, and perform general administrative tasks such as:

- Answering phone calls
- Providing administrative support to various departments, such as being responsible for data entry.
- Managing documentation and file organization based on office protocol to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ordering office supplies
- Being responsible for mail posts
- Entering data into files and performing other related administrative tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar position.
- Bilingual in both English and French (written and oral)
- Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
- Team player, sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- Demonstrated initiative in task execution
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent skills and demonstrated knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
