**Job Summary**

A member of the Marketing Automation & Data Analytics department, this role is an entry level position that delves into those two areas. The data analytics side involves what and how we can track on our client’s websites and then how we display that information to the client. The marketing automation aspect revolves around using marketing automation software to build dynamic marketing campaigns powered by marketing automation for clients and then maintaining these campaigns. We are always looking to solve problems in new ways and create efficiencies along the way..

**Responsibilities**
- Implementation and management of multiple conversion/goal tracking methods on all websites and marketing campaigns across the company portfolio of clients and internal initiatives.
- Marketing automation account & CRM set-up and management for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and ActiveDEMAND
- Dashboard and reporting technical support for the company portfolio of clients and internal initiatives.. Be able to answer internal questions and solve issues that arise with reporting.
- Internal support across the above platforms. You will become an expert and someone the team goes to to get answers
- Account building using marketing automation tools.
- Campaign setup, audit and maintenance of marketing automation campaigns using ActiveDEMAND

**Required Experience & Skills**

Must-Haves:

- Strong analytical skills and experience
- Analytical and data driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to problem solve and think-critically
- Post-Secondary Education in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

Nice-to-Haves:

- Certifications in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience using marketing automation software (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization software (Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc.)
