Security company requires full time and part-time security guards for a work/live condo. Condo is located in the Yorkville area of Toronto and is conveniently located near a subway station for easy commuting. Supervisor letters are provided Hours: - 1600h - 0200h Monday to Thursday - 1600h - 0200h, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - 0700h - 1900h, Monday to Friday - 1900h - 0300h, Thursday and Friday - 1600h - 0300h Saturday Job Requirements: - Ontario Security Guard License - Standard First Aid CPR-C - Experience at a condo and enforcing site protocol Preferred Qualifications: - 1 year experience - Must be professional and presentable - Have excellent communication, customer service, and report writing skills **Duties**: - Unafraid to ensure all who enter the property are verified as residents, otherwise they are directed to the front desk for verification - Provide access control and screen individuals entering the site - Respond to noise complaints - Ability to patrol - Track unit entries to ensure no overcapacity in units - Enforce the "Trespass to Property Act" - Write and submit reports in a timely manner - De-escalate potential situations - Communicate with their team - Be flexible with work assignments **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 30-44 per week **Salary**: $16.50-$17.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Company car Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 12 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Every Weekend - Holidays - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - Night shift - Overtime - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - security: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: - Ontario Security Guard License (required) - Standard First Aid CPR - C + AED (required) - G Driver's License (G2 or G) (preferred) Shift availability: - Day Shift (preferred) - Night Shift (preferred) - Overnight Shift (preferred) Work Location: One location
