**Responsibilities**:
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Participate in all phases of the RFx cycle to ensure NACG’s proposals align accurately with contractual documents, from initial client document review to contract finalization.
- Review and evaluate RFx packages, developing effective bidding strategies and ensuring contract terms reflect NACG’s interests in scope, conditions, schedules, and bonus/performance clauses.
- Develop and review Subcontractor RFx packages to ensure alignment with NACG’s goals for scope, terms, schedules, and bonus/performance clauses.
- Ensure a clear understanding of client, subcontractor, and NACG obligations through comprehensive bid review and job kick-off meetings.
- Provide expert advice across NACG divisions on contract negotiation, finalization, and subcontract management.
- Support Operations’ field projects with essential corporate contract and subcontract oversight.
- Oversee contract and subcontract administration, managing changes and updates to control systems for accurate commitment tracking.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures governing contract management.
- Monitor performance to ensure compliance with commitments outlined in contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with finance, estimating, operations, legal, and other stakeholders to maintain adherence to project guidelines.
- Implement and manage controls to effectively handle changes in scope, terms, conditions, schedule adjustments, material delivery, and performance/bonus criteria.
- Coordinate and assist in client contract audits, ensuring thorough and timely responses.
- Educate and guide office and operations staff on contractual obligations and issues.
- Stay informed of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry practices impacting company contracts and construction operations.

Qualifications:
**What Makes You the ONE**
- 7 years or more of contract management experience, preferably in construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction, contract, and business law.
- A strong background in negotiating commercial terms and conditions, and handling contractual matters such as warranty, liability, indemnity, and insurance issues.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business, financial, technical, and legal issues and develop practical solutions.
- Strong organizational skills to perform and manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with evolving policy and procedures.
- Field-based contract management experience in industrial, energy, mining, or construction industries.
- Experience with Microsoft suite of software products, including SharePoint.
