**Job Overview**:
As a Medical Aesthetician at Solange Medical Aesthetics, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of aesthetic services, including skin care consultations, facial treatments, and laser treatments. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and provide tailored treatments that help our clients achieve their aesthetic goals. Your focus will be on delivering excellent service, offering personalized skincare advice, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Services**:

- Provide a variety of aesthetic services, including facials, skin care treatments, and laser treatments, tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct thorough skin care consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans based on client skin concerns and goals.
- Ensure clients are comfortable and informed about their treatments, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Treatment and Procedures**:

- Administer various skin care treatments, including microdermabrasion, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and other advanced aesthetic procedures.
- Perform safe and effective laser treatments, ensuring client comfort and the best possible outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest aesthetic procedures, skin care products, and technologies.
- **Client Education & Skin Care Guidance**:

- Educate clients on proper skin care routines, home care products, and aftercare instructions following treatments.
- Offer personalized recommendations for skin care products to complement treatments and enhance results.
- **Operational Support**:

- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and ensure that all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained.
- Assist with inventory management, including the ordering and tracking of skin care products and supplies.
- Follow clinic protocols and maintain accurate records of client treatments, progress, and product usage.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum of 1 year of experience** as a Medical Aesthetician in a medical or clinical aesthetics setting.
- **Laser Certification** or significant laser experience is required (Laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of skin care treatments, laser technologies, and facial procedures.
- Ability to assess and recommend treatments based on client needs and goals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and providing excellent service.
- Professional demeanor, with a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
