**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- An accredited post-secondary education degree or diploma in GIS (or relevant field)
- Proficient in ArcGIS with strong understanding of GIS, GNSS, and GPR principles
- A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that can support successful projects and build strong client relations
- Initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to complete tasks within defined timelines
- Key personal management skills, including accountability, adaptability, problem solving, and a high stress tolerance
- RPAS license for advanced operations would be an asset
- Knowledge of imagery processing software would be an asset
- Valid G Class driver’s license, travel will be expected and required
- Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident eligible for a permanent work position

- Execute drone operations safely and successfully in both accessible and remote areas
- In-field data collection using survey-grade equipment (base stations, UHF radios, GPS, GPR, etc)
- Travel throughout Northwestern Ontario and Manitoba to collect and create essential datasets for our clients
- Implement custom GIS solutions in collaboration with our clients
- Efficiently organize, manage, digitize, and upload GIS files
- Accurately process and derive information from collected drone data and spatial datasets to create comprehensive deliverables
- Support the creation of maps and geospatial data to deliver to clients and enhance consultation capacity
- Lead, deliver, and create customized training courses
