DOF Subsea Canada is currently seeking a detailed oriented and client focused individual for the position of **Graduate Surveyor.**A key to success for this position is the ability to collaborate with offshore and onshore personnel. We are looking to expand our survey team to support ongoing long-term multi-year international and local projects. Expected 4 to 6 week rotation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be aware and assist in the survey standards during offshore operations, including setting up and operating the survey equipment, logging, QC, and backing up of data
- Assisting the Senior Surveyor or Party Chief instructions and being supervised during a shift
- Set-up and test the online navigation and data logging systems under supervision
- Instructed in the calibration process of survey sensors
- Supervised to run the daily operation of on-line systems
- Instructed in the quality control of positioning systems/ sensors and logged data as well as the maintenance of survey quality records (including daily logbook)
- Perform work in accordance with company and project policies & procedures
- Instructed in operational activities and shown what logged data meets acceptance criteria
- Be aware of emergency procedures and drills

**Requirements**:
**Key Qualifications and Experience**:

- Post Secondary Education in Hydrographic Survey or Geomatics degree or similar education
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite - Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Document Control Systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
