Northern Divine Aquafarms Ltd. is one of Canada's first closed-containment, freshwater, recirculating aquaculture systems.

**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Answer any phone calls that come through and facilitate communication with customers
- Utilize accounting software such as Quickbooks to invoice customers and respond to inquiries
- Provide clerical and administrative support as needed
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Managing and maintaining record keeping systems
- Ordering of any supplies for operations and maintenance
- Assist with data entry and maintaining fish inventories
- Tasks may be adapted and/or changed as needed for Business Operations

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an admin Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software in Quickbooks preferred
- Live on Sunshine Coast (Sechelt, Robert's Creek, Halfmoon Bay, Gibsons, etc).
- Experience with account analysis, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Background Check and Reference Check

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Additional pay:
