**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' fitness levels and goals.
- Develop customized workout plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Provide ongoing motivation and support to clients throughout their fitness journey.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment.
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for all clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure understanding of workout routines and health information.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or in a similar role within the fitness industry.
- Virtual training experience
- High Performance Athletic and coaching experience
- Strong time management skills to effectively schedule sessions and manage client appointments.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities (e.g., French) are a plus.
- Ability to educate clients on fitness principles, nutrition, and wellness strategies.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate others towards achieving their goals.
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed in their personal wellness journeys.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
