KGS Group is looking for a creative, driven and collaborative **Multimedia Specialist **to join our marketing and communications group in our Winnipeg office.

**The Role**:
The Multimedia Specialist will play a key role in showcasing the KGS brand and telling our story in an engaging way to both external and internal audiences. In this highly collaborative position, the Multimedia Specialist is responsible for graphic design, video creation and photography for a variety of audiences, platforms and outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- In collaboration with the marketing communications team and other departments, create compelling videos from concept to end product including storyboarding, filming, directing, editing, animation and motion graphics
- Generate creative ideas for multimedia projects that support KGS marketing and communication goals and strategies
- Develop an annual photography plan, take photographs and direct photographers, edit photos, and lead the creation and maintenance of a photo and video database
- Contribute to the design and maintenance of the KGS website and intranet
- Be a champion of our brand and ensure brand standards are met across the organization
- Contribute to other marketing and communications projects and activities as required
**About you**:
- Degree or diploma in multimedia, graphic design, digital media or another relevant field
- Strong expertise and previous experience in graphic design as well as video creation
- Advanced proficiency with multimedia software including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, After Effects, Acrobat, etc.)
- An incredible eye for design and knowledge of best practices and latest trends in multimedia
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including SharePoint
- Photography skills or experience working with photographers would be considered an asset
- Strong organizational and project management skills with superior attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative team player with a can-do attitude, willing to pitch in wherever is needed
