**JOIN OUR TEAM**

**POSITION FUNCTION**:
Under the direction of the Manager, the CLBPT Assessment Coordinator provides support to the program team and

clients through effective, timely performance of administrative and clerical duties. The Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and administering CLBPT tests at our centers. This role requires excellent customer services skills and the ability to manage partnerships and outreach initiatives with community partners and other organizations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate and administer CLBPT tests
- Coordinate exam invigilators and assessments, including scheduling, data management, and exam logistics.
- Lead and monitor meetings to ensure efficient communication and follow-up on key tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and manage the test center's inventory of program and test materials
- Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations, educational institutions, and businesses.
- Promote the test center's services through outreach initiatives and events
- Collaborate with the test center team to ensure the smooth operation of the program

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION**:

- Certificate or diploma in business administration, office management, or a combination of work and appropriate office administration experience.
- one to two years of experience in customer service and or combination of office
- Knowledge of CLBPT exam procedures, protocols, and CCLB Audit requirements
- A current and satisfactory Criminal Record Check is required.

**DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience working in a customer service or administrative role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills,
- Effective organizational and time management skills, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to take initiative
- Competent in using MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Teams, and Zoom, with the ability to operate standard office equipment effectively.
- Experience in data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Tactful, discreet, diplomatic, patient, flexible.
- Possesses cultural sensitivity.
- Excellent judgement in decision-making.

**BONUS SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS**:

- Ability to speak a second language will be considered an asset.
- Experience working in a non-profit and/or social service will be considered an asset.

**COMPENSATION: $33.63 - $34.09 per hour**

**HOURS**: Part-time role (15 hours per week) with occasional weekend work as needed.**
