**What your day and week could look like**

Working in partnership with the Credit and Funding team, a Sales Agent plays an essential role in increasing our approved-to-booked ratio. This includes:

- Meeting and exceeding sales targets by:

- Making outbound/handle inbound solicitation calls.
- Adhering to established service levels.
- Reading and analyzing daily sales report and Salesforce dashboards.
- Contributing to sustaining an open channel of communication between partners and sales team through:

- Handling any partner complaints or escalations while maintaining exceptional levels of service.

**How you bring your passion for success**:

- One or more years of experience in a telephone sales environment.
- Experience in contact centre and/or consumer lending settings is an asset.
- A commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail and team targets.
- A high degree of accuracy within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills in a timely manner.
- Upbeat and results-oriented team contributions.
- Dependability, self-motivation and personal accountability.
- Capacity to toggle between working independently and collaboratively.
- A dedication to the combined team and personal success
- Fluent ability to write and speak business information in English.
- Familiarity and ease in working with online platforms and Microsoft Office i.e., Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Motivation and drive towards continuous learning and growth within your role and the company.
