The Award-Winning Temiskaming Speaker is looking for a reporter/photographer to join our team.

Local coverage is our focus and applicants should possess an interest in learning about the people that live here and reporting stories that matter to this area’s residents. A keen news sense combined with a willingness to tackle a broad spectrum of stories for this general assignment role is necessary.

**Qualifications**
- Journalism diploma or degree / post-secondary equivalencies in English/Communications among others will be considered.
- Applicants must possess excellent written and oral communication skills with a clear understanding of Canadian Press style.
- Photography skills are required.
- A driver’s licence and vehicle are necessary.
