**About the Role**

Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken is hiring a motivated and hands-on **Team Lead/ Supervisor** to support daily operations at our Esquimalt location. If you're a natural leader with a passion for team development and high-quality service, We’d be thrilled to have you as part of our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise front-line team members during daily operations
- Ensure adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Support training and development of new staff
- Motivate team members to meet productivity and customer service goals
- Address and resolve minor issues with staff or customers professionally
- Assist with opening and closing duties, as needed
- Report to management on performance and operational needs

**Qualifications**
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in food service or retail supervision preferred
- Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
