**Our Role**

Are you a unicorn? We are looking for a baker to fill the biggest shoes. Someone that loves to bake and is great with people. We are continually striving to improve our product and customer experience. Do you take pride in your work? Can you bake, hire, schedule, train, trouble shoot and be an all around good human being. Can you do this full time, including weekends. If so, please apply. Ideally you have your own transportation as buses are unreliable at that time of the morning. This is a key role on our team, so if you're looking to grow your culinary career - this could be it. Small, locally owned business, great work environment. Be more than a number. Even if you can't bake, but have kitchen experience, we can train you in this trade.

**What Your Day Looks Like**
- Work as part of a small team to bake each morning, at 4am, following carefully crafted recipes
- Work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean, and contribute to a great customer experience
- Be responsible for reading production schedules and recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, moulding and shaping dough, and processing everything through the ovens

**Physical Requirements**
- Continuous standing/walking for all tasks
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 22 kg
- Frequent turning and reaching
- Occasional pushing, pulling and some forward bending
- Ability to lift at least 2.5 kg to a height of 1.7 meters
- Constant use of both hands, with frequent wrist rotation and flexing, occasional forceful gripping
