**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Energy Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers in understanding their energy usage and providing tailored solutions to improve energy efficiency. Your expertise will help clients make informed decisions about their energy consumption, ultimately contributing to sustainability efforts and cost savings.
**Responsibilities**
- **Consultations**: Conduct **in-home or over-the-phone** assessments to identify residential HVAC needs and propose customized solutions.
- **Product Presentation**: Present EcoHome Innovation’s range of energy-efficient and eco-friendly heating, cooling, and water heater options.
- **Proposals & Quotes**: Develop compelling, value-driven proposals using internal sales tools.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Stay informed about industry trends, product advancements, and available consumer rebates.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with installation and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and proposals in the CRM system.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals, contributing to EcoHome Innovation’s growth.
- **Ongoing Training**: Participate in daily training sessions led by sales professionals with over seven years of experience.
- **Customer Education**: Conduct virtual and in-person product training sessions for customers as needed.

**Qualifications**
- **Sales Experience**: Proven track record in sales, preferably within HVAC or home improvement.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- **Solution-Oriented**: Ability to understand customer needs and confidently present tailored solutions.
- **Organization & Detail**: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Education**: Post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field is an asset.
- **HVAC Knowledge**: Familiarity with HVAC systems, energy-efficient products, and consumer rebates is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
Pay: $2,000.00-$3,000.00 per week
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Experience**:
