**Who We are Looking for**:
We are looking for a full time dental receptionist who is a fast learner, a team player, and has good communication skills with at least 3 years of dental receptionist experience and good computer skills.

Hours will be Monday to Friday 8:30AM- 3:00PM and every other Saturday from 9:00AM-4:00PM

The position will begin on the first week of January 2025.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include:

- Welcoming and greeting patients
- Taking phone calls
- Communicating with patients and other offices
- Scheduling appointments
- Billing and collecting payments
- Handling insurance claims

More information regarding daily duties will be provided by management.

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- Good communication / English language skills
- Dental receptionist experience is essential. Maxident/RecallMax experience is preferred.
