**Overview**
**Duties**
- Assist teachers in implementing educational activities and lesson plans tailored to the needs of each child.
- Provide support to children during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development.
- Help manage classroom behavior by promoting positive interactions among students.
- Assist in the preparation of instructional materials and classroom setup.
- Communicate effectively with teachers regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills.
**Skills**
- Strong background in early childhood education, with an understanding of developmental milestones.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with disabilities, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to educate and engage children through creative activities and play-based learning.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young learners.
- Organizational skills to assist in maintaining a structured classroom environment.
