Night Auditor

Our wonderful team at the Parlour Inn is seeking a Night Auditor to join the team

**Position Summary**: To balance daily revenue and cash receipts and reconcile numerous reports on daily business transactions for the Parlour Inn.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Front desk duties include check in/check out procedures.
- Responsible for reports & photocopies.
- Performing accounting procedures.
- Balancing all departments in Food and Beverage.
- Answering phones in a professional manner.
- Working with IVY, Maestro & Infogenesis systems.
- Taking reservations inquiries on an occasional basis and checking availability.
- Taking messages and forwarding to the appropriate departments.
- Dealing with Guests in a professional service oriented manner.
- Responding to Guest complaints.

**Professional Requirements**:

- Basic accounting skills.
- Mathematical skills.
- Numerical aptitude.
- Front desk experience an asset.
- Second language an asset.
- Previous up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.60-$17.48 per hour
