Toronto MicroElectronics Inc. (TME) is a leading industrial computer design and manufacturing company located in Mississauga.

TME is involved in custom product design, custom modifications to standard products, as well as design and manufacturing of standard embedded computers for the OEM and System Integration markets worldwide.

We are currently seeking a full-time **Administrative Team Leader** to add to our amazing team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and ensure completion of day to day operations of the Administration Team.
- In-charge of delegation and timely completion of special projects and activities like event management, tradeshows, travel arrangements, board meetings and others.
- Hands on participation in dealing and resolving adhoc requests on various issues associated with planning, financial analysis, reports, accounts receivable / payable, Invoicing and other areas.
- Assist the Management in setting and implementing clear team goals and ensuring the performance of the team towards achievement of the set team goals.
- Monitor team performances and provide regular reports to the Management.
- Ensure team focus on accurate and timely completion of tasks at hand.
- Assure that the team addresses all relevant issues within specified timelines while achieving high standards of Internal and External customer satisfaction.
- Define self and team goals on monthly basis and provide relevant reports to Management.
- Provide guidance to the team based on Management directions and escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team in timely manner.
- Chair weekly team meetings and provide updates to Management on team and self tasks and progress.
- Ensure all deliverables are within specified procedures and cost guidelines.
- Perform other related administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and implementation (NetSuite preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of progressive Team Leader experience in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership, organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, completing work accurately and timely
- Detail oriented, adaptable, with excellent problem solving skills
