**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain excellent rapport with our clients and insurance providers
- Assist clients with their day to day servicing needs which can include escalated claim inquiries from plan administrators and owners (life, disability, critical illness, health, dental, travel, etc.)
- Follow up with insurance providers for timely completion of service requests
- Provide relevant industry information to clients and prepare employer and employee communication memos
- Maintain client information (CRM, client files)
- Research and participate in webinars to build and maintain group benefit knowledge
- Engage other team members including the Benefits Consultant as complex client situations arise
- Exercise the utmost confidentiality in receiving information from clients
- Collaborate with client service colleagues throughout our branch to continuously improve our client service deliverables
- Complete ad hoc projects and duties as required

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Post-secondary graduate from an accredited college or university degree or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed problem solving skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast paced professional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices (not required but an asset)
- Written and verbal bilingualism (English/French) considered a strongly regarded asset
- GBA or CEBS certification considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
