## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Back of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting kitchen operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient food preparation and timely order fulfillment.

# Responsibilities
- Long-Term workers (part timer/ full timer)
- Prepare food items following standardized recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow proper food safety procedures at all times
- Support team members in maintaining a smooth workflow
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

# Skills
- Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques
- Effective time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Experience with POS systems for order processing
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Ability to sanitate kitchen tools and equipment regularly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Additional pay:
