ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Business Consultant for an initial one year contract in Edmonton.

**ROLE: Business Consultant**

**Qualifications**:

- Related IT Degree or Diploma
- ITIL Certification
- Agile Scrum Master Certification
- Successfully implemented 3 Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems with the customer engagement solutions; OR Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification; OR 2 Years of Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer engagement solutions
- Proven 10 years experience working with enterprise-class Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software products.
- 10 years experience in data conversion from legacy systems to new systems, including the development of data conversion plans, defining conversion threshold metrics, and planning go-live transitions to operational status.
- 10 years of proven ability to develop project deliverables, including charters, business cases, status reports, risk logs, continuous improvement plans, project closure documentation, and test plans/test cases.
- Demonstrated 5 years experience in a project management role, including managing project timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
- 10 years experience leading change management initiatives and creating communication plans to support organizational transitions and adoption.
- 5 years experience integrating systems with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform.
- 5 years demonstrated expertise in developing advanced analytics, dynamic reporting solutions, and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Proven 10 years experience delivering business analysis services to public sector clients, including government entities, public agencies, boards, or commissions, and developing and delivering training programs tailored to users in these environments.
- 5 years experience in developing test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and alignment with business needs.
- 5 years expertise in creating data migration strategies and facilitating data migration activities.
- 10 years experience providing business solutions tailored to social housing organizations, including reporting assets such as static/dynamic reports, dashboards, and pivot tables.
- Demonstrated 10 years experience leading and facilitating meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders across various organizational levels to achieve alignment and project success.

Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, Engineering), from recognized universities is a desirable criteria in our selection process.
