Job Summary:
We are seeking a mature, reliable and customer-oriented individual. Someone who takes pride in a job well done. The Guest Service and Sales Representative will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

This is a permanent full time position, that requires your availability for a combination of day shifts, 1 to 2 evening shifts and alternating Saturday shifts - weekly 30hrs to 40hrs.

Some Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Provide information about spa services, promotions and upcoming events
- Process guest appointment bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately
- Maintain all guest areas in an organized, and tidy manner, paying attention to detail
- Collaborate with other spa staff to ensure guest satisfaction

- Knowledge of the wellness and beauty industry or willingness to learn

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
